Make sure you have a "junk" email account. This should be an account you use when coupons and other things you register for require a valid email address. This will prevent your personal email account from getting overwhelmed with "junk" mail.

Wish i would have done this awhile ago when I first started signing up for stuff. Now I have 3 different email address's.
