How Else Can I Give Back?

In the spirit of giving back, Here is a great website that allows you to give back to hunger, breast cancer, children's health, literacy, the rainforest and animal rescue. While I never quite understood how a click with a computer mouse helped give a "free mammogram" or "free health care" it definitely seems to be somewhat legit for how long this website has been around.
