One Way to Get Extra Coupons

Beth, a reader shared this extra way to get coupons.

"My local library is closed on Sundays but they still get all that days papers. They take all the coupons out of the paper and have a huge basket set out for anyone. Alot of times they coupons we do not get in the local paper are found in this basket."
