has anyone done this yet? I printed the rebate and purchased the product only to realize that you have to include the "Try Me Free" label that's ON the product. I can't find any such label! I've tried calling but always hang up after sitting on hold for 15 minutes... anyone figured this out yet?? I'll let you know if I do!

hey all - I finally got ahold of physicians formula and the lady seemed shocked that I would have stumbled across the rebate on their website. :) Apparently you have to find a product that has a "try me free" label on it - which will tell you to go to their website and print the rebate. You HAVE to include that 'try me free' label with the rebate. So basically unless you find/purchase the product with that label, you can't use the refund. So I'm off to return the bronzer I bought - fortunately I waited to use it! :)

My Walgreens had the Mineral Wear Face Brightener w/the label... I've used these before and Walgreens tends to be the best bet for finding them.
