I am kind of mad at this company, and I was wondering if there is any information you might have that can help me! I ordered pictures the first week in April and I still have not received them and everytime I call or e-mail them no one responds to me! I am kind of upset!! Has anyone had problems with this company before or any advice?? They already took their money from my account I just dont have my pictures!!
Ugh, Ashley. I do not know. Was there not a phone number on their website? They are based out of Japan, I believe. What was the shipping time line?
I do not know what the shipping time line is or was, they never said....there was a phone number but it was a voicemail, they said to leave a message and they would call back.... i dont know :(
