The Coupon Fairy

Have you been visited by the coupon fairy?
I was so excited to get a visit this morning when I was doing my CVS/Walgreens/Publix runs (yep, all in one day!) The coupon fairy is a a kind soul that leaves a coupon on the shelf next to the item for which the coupon is good. This morning, when I was buying Cottonelle wipes, I expected to pay $1.74...however, thanks to the coupon fairy, I only paid $.99 (she/he left me a $1 coupon.) Thanks, coupon fairy!

I am the coupon fairy! I do this ALL the time, my husband says I'm littering... but I think I'm leaving behind a wonderful gift. Some times I'll tuck the coupon in the packaging then I feel like I'm "littering" less.

Yes, I've been visited by the coupon fairy! Last week I used a $1 coupon I found tucked in by the Physicians Formula make-up. So I combined that with the rebate. Thank you, coupon fairy!

I love to leave coupons behind if I decide I'm not going to use it, because I think about how much I like to find them too!

That's a good idea! I'm going to start doing that with some of the coupons I don't use. :)

Like Jeloso, I try to tuck the coupons in the packaging or between two of the items. When I worked at a grocery store, I always left them on the shelf, despite being told by higher ups to throw out any coupons the fairy left. (Meanies!)

Someone left a coupon in Publix. It was a albertson coupon when they had the cheese for b1g2. I had 2 coupons already and I had used one the day before so my fridge was stocked with cheese. I left it there and hoped someone picked it up and used it. Alot of people just go right pass them and not use them even if they are buying the same item. It makes no sense to me but hey.
I saw my girlfriend in Publix on Sunday and I had the Albertson's coupons I was going to use. I actually gave her my B1G2 steaks coupon and I only used the pork tenderloins coupon. She was really happy which made me happy. She said she used to coupon but stopped cause it took up to much time. aybe she will start when she realizes she can save so much. I did my good deed for that day. :0)

I love to leave coupons for people. I try my best to tuck them in the package somehow, but when that doesn't work, I just leave them there for others. I figure if I'm not going to use them, why hoard them OR throw them away. I just hope they don't get thrown away by someone at the store!!

The coupon fairly left me a coupon for the baby formula I ran to the store to buy. She was so kind to just leave it right next to the formula container I was picking up. It was such a blessing on our tight budget.
