The Colgate Max White or Max Fresh Toothbrush is a good moneymaker this week. I had the $1 off coupon, so paid $2.29 for it but got back $3.50 in RRs, which gave me $1.21 profit.

I got the same thing here in St Louis. $3.50 RR for $3.29 product and that doesn't even account for my coupon...good deal!! Love the money makers!!

This month there is a rebate for Physicians Formula Organic wear makeup. Do you have to buy all $10 worth in one purchase to recieve this rebate through walgreens? Also I found a rebate for a Try me Free Bronze Booster, Facebrightener, and mascara. These are three different rebates through the manufacturer. Can I get the rebate through Walgreens and the manufacturer? The form says that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If both rebates can be used than it would be a moneymaker.

I was so excited when I walked in my Walgreens today and saw the Degree Ultra Clear for women on Sale for $.95!! I used six .75 coupons to make the deodorant $.20 each! I bought 6 in order to receive the $6 RR. What a HUGE Moneymaker! Oh, and I did the Colgate toothbrush too! All together $9.50 back in RR...You can't beat that!!

yes, kelly. you can get both. remember, however that you have to send your receipt (original) in for rebates so if you are entering your walgreens rebates on line - you are fine to send in the other rebate to the MFR. Good job on that perfect savigns. Good eye!

I tried using my 2, $2 coupons for the excedrin, but since they rang up bogo, it only accepted 1 coupon (even though they still took both)...of course I didn't realize this until the next day ;(

http://www.physiciansformula.com/en-us/rebates/rebate.html This is the website for the Physicians Formula Organic Wear rebate. My Walgreens didn't have the correct mascara for that rebate however they did have the other two rebates. You can recieve both the facebrightener ($13) and the bronze booster ($14) for free through the manufacturer rebate. (It looks like you need to attach the sticker from the product that says try it for free.) In addition to the manufacturer rebate you can recieve the $10 rebate for $10 purchase of physicians wear organic makeup through Walgreens. $10 moneymaker

My walgreens would not take my 2/$2 coupons for excedrin...still a good deal. ...but I was bummed!

If you go to Splenda.com you can print out a 3.50/2 coupon and several others.

Also do you know why some Walgreens don't put their RR on the products. I went to one today that didn't have one for the scrunci or the fiber choice, and I asked one of the employees and they said they didn't know. They said that sometimes things are on line that aren't in the ads.???? I went ahead and bought the fiber choice, but didn't know which scrunci to get, since it wasn't marked. I did end up getting my RR for the fiber though.

One last question. When there is a sale B1G1 can you use a coupon B1G1 and not have to pay anything? I've read this online and and wondering if you've ever tried it.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

I tried using a $1.00 off coupon for the colgate toothbrush and it did not print out a RR coupon. When I approached the manager, she stated that the manufacturers who pay for the RR will not pay for the RR plus the coupon. Oh well, at least they are still paying for the RR.

Has anyone else had Benderfsu's situation happen to them as well? I heard a rumor that they may stop printing RR for an item if you used a manufacturer coupon for that item. This is the first time that I've read of it happening.

Yes Cornums - I do the b1g1 coupon all the time wiht the b1g1 sales and get things free!

The manager at my Walgreens today explained that for any RR product that is advertised as something along the lines of "buy XX for $, get $ in RR", the total of the order has to be at least the amount the product typically sells for, or the RR won't print. That might explain benderfsu's issue.

I also had something else weird happen today at another Walgreens... I was getting a diabetes monitor and six dove deodorants with a coupon to make the monitor free and 3 $1.50/2 dove deodorant coupons. I then tried to use 3 RR coupons, but the register wouldn't accept them. The store's manager said that coupons that required multiple products counted in the system as multiple coupons (so, even though it was only 3 coupons, it counted as 6, making the total coupons equal the total items and not allowing me to use any RRs). I plan on calling the corporate office to ask about this (since it's contrary to the text on the RRs, which just says total coupons cannot exceed total items). Has anyone else had experience with this? Is this the actual policy? I was still getting a really good deal, so I got them... but was disappointed that I couldn't use my RRs.

Oh, also... I found several scuncis that were two for one packs, and they worked for the RRs! So, I got 36 for free instead of just 18 :) Look towards the back... they are wrapped in plastic. The scunci is in the ad, so you should be able to figure it out from there.

I don't know if this will help clear up any issues that anybody is having at Walgreens. I was buying the scunci and toothbrush the other day using the $1 coupon for the toothbrush. I was using an RR to pay for the transaction and when all said and done the new RR for the toothbrush didn't print out. I was told by the manager that the RR didn't print out because I used an RR that was from a colgate product. He said it would have worked if I had used an RR that was from a different type of product.

Britney- Could you let us know what corporate says because I had the same situation happen to me where they said I couldn't use an RR to pay if the total number of copouns was the same as the number of items bought.

Check this out. My Walgreens in Wichita had the Crest toothpaste, but the RR machine wasnt printing it. The manager refunded my money, tax included for the toothpaste. So basically, they paid me almost four dollars for taking their toothpaste!
