Roast Beef Hash

This Recipe comes from Brooke. You can see her recipe as well Here.

What should you do with left over roast? You can reheat it or make sandwiches, but the best way I like to have it is to make Roast Beef Hash!

Ingredients:
*Approx. 1/2 lb leftover Chuck Roast (with juice) chopped (or 1 can of Roast beef)

*4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

*1 small onion diced

*Salt and pepper to taste

*2 Tbsp flour

*1 1/2 C water

Directions:
1) Mix flour and 1/2 C water together in a separate bowl. 2) Then mix all other ingredients in large skillet and bring to a boil 3) Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. 4) Just before potatoes are done, mix in flour water to thicken sauce. 5) Pair this with any free or cheap veggies and you've got yourself a frugal meal!

Thanks, Brooke!
