Sale + MFR + SC = A GREAT SAVINGS!

I am getting a lot of questions about why I use many MFRs (manufacture coupons) per transaction. It is true, you can ONLY use one MFR per transaction.
.
The best scenario is always to use a sale + a MFR + a SC (store coupon.)
.
Let's look at one scenario below of doing just this.
.
Schick Disposable Razors $6.99 - A Sale
$1 SS 3/8 - A MFR
$3 SS 3/8 - A MFR
B1G1 SS 4/5 - A MFR
$2
April IVC (page 9) - A SC (Walgreens Instant Value Coupon)
= $1.50 - $3.99 each - my total in a range
.
I have had a few emails about why I used 3 MFRs during this transaction. I didn't. I most likely used the $3 coupon (if I had it.) If I didn't have it because I already used it, or never got it, then I have 2 other coupons I can choose from. When I list my coupons, I am not sharing with you all the coupons I am using, I am sharing with you all the coupons that EXIST so you can choose what could works for your family. This is why my grand total has a range. The grand total depends on what coupon combination you choose.
.
I hope this helps clear any confusion. If not, please comment below and I will be more than happy to answer your question.

Thank you so much for that explanation. I was wondering how you could use 3 MFC at one time. This helped me a lot! Thanks

Again, thanks! I was going to ask this same question...I am just new to couponing, but appreciate your blog - my husband likes to look with me too!

I REALLY love your website! I am learning so much and I saved $56 today at Walgreens! I could have saved more if I had checked my receipt to see that they didn't do the "buy 1 get 1 free" for makeup. Oops!

I really love the frugal recipes too!

When u have a coupon for B1G1 free can u also use another coupon then? Or does it need to be a sale for B1G1 Free? THANKS!

When a store prints out a catalina (for instance Kroger) that says $5.00 off a certain product I am not sure if it counts as a manufacturers coupon or a store coupon. This seems like a silly question because it says manufacturers coupon on the top but it also says "redeem at" the specific store. I am new to all this so it confuses me. Thanks for all your help. You have helped our family start a stockpile of free or very cheap items! :)

Doodle...a MFR coupon for Kroger.
A store coupon will stay store coupon (not MFR.)
Good question!

for a b1g1 MFR coupon, you can only use 1 MFR (b1g1 coupon) for two items.
