Impossibly Easy Ham and Cheese Pie

Impossibly Easy Ham and Cheese Pie (Fake Quiche)

1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt if desired
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 large eggs
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into rings
.
1) Preheat oven to 400 and grease a pie plate.
2) Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in bottom of plate.
3) Beat remaining ingredients except tomato and bell pepper w/fork until blended.
4) Pour into pie plate.
5) Bake 35-40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
6) Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish w/tomato and bell pepper.
Note: This is great for leftover ham or leftover lunchmeat ham. Large families may need to make two, as it is YUMMY and WILL GET EATEN!
