My Kroger List 5/3 - 5/9 (Southeast)

Kroger Coupon Guidelines
1. On B1G1, use two coupons (you are getting two items.) You do not have to buy 2 items to get the B1G1 price (this would mean buying one items gets you 50% off.)
2. Always combine sales, store coupons and MFR coupons when you can.
3. Kroger doubles paper coupons up to $.50 (check with your local Kroger to see if this is the case – some stores even triple coupons in the lower $.30s and below.) My prices show coupons as $.50 and below as being doubled.
4. Load your Kroger card with ecoupons Here, Here and Here before you shop. You can combine these electronic coupons with store coupons.
5. For every $100 you spend in groceries within a month using your Kroger Plus Card. Save $.10 Per Gallon off any grade fuel on your next fill up at the Kroger Fuel Center. Must be awarded in one transaction, one vehicle. 25 Gallon Maximum Fill-up. (**Excludes Alabama Fuel Centers by law.)
6. Attach your Upromise card for long term savings Here.
.
Sale dates and sales vary by location. Check with your local Kroger for sale dates. I am highlighting the Atlanta area but your Kroger might match. Check Kroger’s website Here to see the specials running this week.

The crest will be even cheaper when using the ecoupon through the P&G on the Kroger plus card its for 75 cents off 1 this time. So it will be 75 cents for a tube. Also, for those who shop at Rite-Aid stores & use their rebate deals, P&G coupons book in yesterday's paper has a killer coupon for $4 off Always Infinity pads, they are on sale this week & there is a $2 single check rebate. Not bad when a pack is usually reg. priced at $6 or above.

I live in the West Lafayette Indiana area, is the Kellogg's cereal $1.88 everywhere? I don't see it in this weeks ad. Thanks!

Ashley: this post could be placed anywhere on your site re: P & G products - if you look in the 5/3/09 PG coupon insert you can match quite a few of those coupons up to the P & G home mailer. The one catch is that the coupons in the insert expire 5/31/09. Rather than take a chance that they would expire before using, I checked around for the stores with the best deals right now and walked out with a cart full.
