Stuffed Pepper Soup

Stuffed Pepper Soup
It is everything you would use to make a stuffed pepper except in soup form and can be done on the stove top or crock pot.

1 lb. ground/browned meat of your choice
Green peppers
Tomato juice
Seasonings of your choice
mushrooms (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Sour Cream (optional)

1) Brown your meat.
2)Put everything in the crock pot or pan on the stove (with the exception of the rice, cheese and sour cream.)
3) About 45 minutes before serving add the rice to the rest of the soup.
4) A few minutes before serving add the cheese and sour cream and mix until just blended.
