I've been told that it started out as a hoax but our Old Navy did sell them for $1.00. The cashier said there was a mistake with the communication and now they were selling the T's for a dollar. The store advertised them for 5.00 and had to manually take off $4 at checkout but I bought all mine for a dollar! I heard some customers talking about how it was on the news in our area (central florida).
