I was going to get the Bayer meter last week but it didn't seem to be on sale. I didn't see the $19.99 price in the store nor is it that price online. Is this possibly an unadvertised sale and has anyone found it for that price? Thanks for spreading the word about all these great deals!

I hit 4 stores last week and only one had them in stock. None of the stores had it advertised on the shelf, but when I scanned it to make to sure, it rang up at $19.99. It's clearly stated in the July book, so maybe they just didn't focus on pricing the monthly items and only worried about the weekly deals.
