My Publix Deals July 8/9 - July 14/15

1. Publix Takes Competitors Coupons.
2. On B1G1, use two coupons (you are getting two items.)
3. You do not have to buy 2 of the B1G1 items to get the sale price (In many FL locations you do have to buy both items. Check with your local store, though) Please note, my calculations are for stores that DO NOT double coupons buying two items.
4. Always combine store and mfr coupons when you can (even a store coupon from a competitor store.
5. Many Publix locations double manufacturer coupons that are $.50 or less (Tallahassee and most FL locations do not!)
6. Some Publix sales start Wednesday to Tuesday, others are Thursday to Wednesday. Call your local Publix for their sale dates.
.
Don't forget to slide your Upromise card for additional long term savings.

Hi there! I love reading your posts and look forward to your having done the "dirty work" for me each week so that I can just take a few minutes to organize and plan my shopping trip to Publix. THANK YOU!!

I'm not sure if you've ever done this, but I was wondering if you would be willing to share what you consider to be "good" or "great" prices for different things and the likelihood of us finding them. For example, what do you consider a "buy it" price for toothpaste or paper towels or toilet paper. I've not been couponing long enough to really sense the trend or the best deals on some of these products and thus find myself wondering...should I or shouldn't I? I likely spend way more money and time thinking about those questions than I need to! I'm also interested in things like chicken, juices, yogurt, etc. Also, do you know if things like Crystal Light, which seems to be BOGO about every other week lately, will continue that trend come fall, or is it usually just a summer thing, in which case I will stock up!

If you've already done this kind of post, please feel free to direct me. Otherwise, would you consider doing one ? :o) I live in north central Florida and have been doing my couponing at Publix (using FL and Target CCs) and CVS. Thanks so much for all your help!

God bless!

In Him,
Vikki

Wanted to let you know that I bought the batteries today (used a $.75 coupon from one of the circulars along with the coupon in the store ad). I noticed that AA 8-pk packages have coupons inside...$10 off of P&G products. When I got home, I opened it up and found a $1 off of batteries, along with three other good coupons. Just an fyi...

Also Dunkin Donuts coffee (11 oz bag) is on sale this week for 5.99. I had a coupon in my file for $1.50 off two bags - not sure where the coupon came from but others might have the same.

Victoria,
Thanks for the sweet message. I will definitely consider that post though I must admit most of it is "just a feeling" and not a number in my head.
